Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. In the Transmittal Letter Editor, you can insert a BMP, JPG, or PNG file (such as your firm logo) into a transmittal letter.

  1. Open the transmittal letter.
  2. Position the cursor where you want to insert the graphic.
  3. Choose Insert > Object.
  4. In the Object dialog, you can choose to create a new object or create the object from an existing file.
    • If you choose to create a new object, select the type of object to create from the drop-down list and then create the object.
    • If you choose to create the object from an existing file, navigate to the drive and path in which the file is located and then select the file and click OK.

CSA inserts the object where your cursor is positioned.

Tip: To print your firm logo instead of the standard heading, open the File > Properties dialog, select the Blank lines for letterhead option, and then insert your logo as described in the Steps 2 through 4 above.
