Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Use the Transmittal Letter Editor to edit letters or other documents to transmit to your clients. With the Transmittal Letter Editor, you can insert variables and graphics into letters. The layout is similar to a word processing program, with the toolbar at the top and the editing window below. There are several sample letters available in the program that you can customize to meet your client's needs.

Both global and client letters can be created and saved from the Transmittal Letter Editor.

To open the Transmittal Letter Editor, choose Transmittal Letter from the Setup menu, or click the icon on the shortcut bar.
