Print options

Print options for a report may be saved as part of a report profile. Otherwise, print options automatically revert to their default settings when you deselect a report for printing or exit the Print dialog (unless the Save report options checkbox is marked in the Print tab of the Setup > User Preferences dialog).

Notes

  • The following items are printed regardless of the options selected.
    • Account numbers for all changed accounts.
    • New and deleted accounts.
  • All items are considered changes in a new or deleted account, but only the selected items will be included in the report. For example, if you choose to print only the Tax Code and Account Description for a new account, only the account number, tax code, and description are printed. If no items are selected, only the account number is printed.
  • The Account Changes Report is updated to reflect changes in the latest year the first time the year end is closed. The report is not affected when you move between prior periods as the report always compares the latest year end to the previous year.
  • Account changes that are reflected in this report are based on information from the prior year-end and current period even in interim clients. The Account Changes Report does not print changes between two periods in the same year of an interim basis client.
  • Only Trial Balance CS clients have the option to include grouping schedules in the Account Changes Report.
