For a firm that has registered and enrolled for the E-Verify (Employment Eligibility Verification) program.

The E-Verify Employee Selection dialog enables you to specify which of the active client's employees are to be included for queuing of verification request files for transmission via CS Connect as part of the E-Verify program.

Note that an employee's name is available for selection from this dialog only if you have not previously sent a verification request for that employee, or if the Employment Eligibility Verified checkbox (the Personal/W-2 tab of the Setup > Employees window) for that employee is not currently marked.

Choose Utilities > E-Verify > Employee Selection.

The Employment Eligibility Verified checkbox on the Personal/W-2 tab of the Setup > Employees window is marked automatically when the initial verification file is created. If you need to send a subsequent verification query to E-Verify for an employee, to enable the employee's name to be available for selection here in this dialog you will first need to clear that checkbox on the employee's record.

Specify either all employees or selected employees, double-click the employees you want to select, and then click the Create File button.
