When working in the field you can use the Send and Receive Files dialog to send engagement workpapers or documents and receive them from the Office Master Client Data Location or Field Master Client Data location. You can begin the synchronization process when these locations have been defined in the Setup > User Preferences dialog in Engagement CS.

Choose Tasks > Synchronize. The Synchronize dialog opens if the program cannot locate the appropriate Office Master Client Data or Field Master Client Data. Specify the location of the Office Master Client Data and click OK to open the Send and Receive Files dialog.
