Master password overview

Show expandable text

You can set up and use a master password to access password-protected drawers. When a password-protected drawer is encountered by the application, you are prompted to enter a password to open dialogs that include drawers that are password protected, such as printing reports, archiving, compacting, or converting your data.

Instead of entering the password for each password-protected drawer, you can enter the master password to select all password-protected drawers.

To set or change the master password choose Setup > System Configuration > Security, and click the Modify button.
