Follow these steps to modify the default email message text globally, or for the current user only.

  1. Do one of the following:
    1. To modify the email message text globally, Choose Setup > System Configuration, and click the Email Text tab.
    2. To modify the email message text for the current user only, click the Send to Email recipient button in the toolbar or choose File > Send To > Email Recipient, and click the Modify/View Email Text button.
  2. Click the Modify button for the Email text when password option is not selected field or Email text when password option is selected field.
  3. Click OK.
