Troubleshooting tips

Delete temporary files

If your workstation has corrupted temporary files, FileCabinet CS could encounter problems installing the print driver. Contact your IT professional to run a disk cleanup or manually clear temporary files on your workstation.

Restart your workstation

Certain services or processes can interrupt the Windows Print Spooler which would cause FileCabinet CS to encounter problems when installing the print driver. Restart your workstation to reset these services.
