Perform the following steps to enter Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit information.

1. Open the desired client and, if necessary, click an activity folder.
2. In the Asset List window, click the Add button to add an asset, or highlight the desired asset and click the Modify button.

3. Click the appropriate link to view the remaining steps.

   If you have not previously entered this credit information for the current asset, perform these steps.

   1. From the drop-down list for the Credit field, select credit code A. The Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit dialog opens.
   2. In the Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit dialog, enter information in the appropriate fields.
   3. Click OK.

   If you previously entered this credit information for the current asset and want to modify the information, perform these steps.

   1. Click the Other tab.
   2. Click the Credit Information button.
   3. In the Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit tab, enter information in the appropriate fields.
   4. Click OK.
4. Click Done to return to the Asset List window.
