Getting help with Fixed Assets CS

There are several ways to get help on using your CS Professional Suite application.

The most comprehensive resource for information on using the application. Includes details on new features, procedures for various tasks, answers to frequently asked questions, tips for increasing productivity and troubleshooting issues, alerts about timely issues, show-me videos, guides in Portable Document Format (PDF), and more. See Finding answers in the Help & How-To Center.

In addition to providing quick access to the Help & How-To Center, the Help menu includes an "Additional Resources" submenu from which you can access the following resources.

Provides important information regarding the status of the application and includes links to frequently used application functions, bulletins, and guides in Portable Document Format (PDF). The home page automatically opens when you open Fixed Assets CS, or you can open it by clicking the Home Page Home Page button button on the toolbar. You can also specify when to display the Home Page.

For descriptions of each section in the Home Page, click the "Welcome to Fixed Assets CS" link in the lower-left corner of the Home Page.

This command from the Help menu opens a table that specifies asset lives for property subject to depreciation under the general depreciation system provided in section 168(a) of the Code or the alternative depreciation system provided in section 168(g). View the MACRS Asset Life table. This option is only visible in the help menu when an asset is open.
