If no assets fall into the print criteria that has been set up for the report, only the Banner Page will print.

For example, if you choose to print the Disposal Report for a client who has not disposed of any assets, then only the Banner Page will print.

This often occurs when trying to print reports for recently converted clients. The conversion application may not be able to determine the activity folder in which the asset belongs. If this happens, the conversion application places the assets in the Miscellaneous activity folder. By default, Fixed Assets CS excludes Miscellaneous assets from any report, which could result in only a Banner Page printing when you attempt to print a report.
