To set print options specific to your needs for all reports and forms, perform the following steps.

  1. In the Asset List window, choose Setup > User Preferences, and then click the Page Layout tab.
  2. In the Duplex and 2 Up printing group box, click the appropriate option. (For details on each option, see the Page Layout tab overview. To see how the reports and/or forms will print, see the Illustration of page layout options.)
  3. If you do not want any reports to print duplex, regardless of the report's default print options, mark the Do not print duplex, regardless of Profile specification checkbox.
  4. If you do not want any reports to print 2 Up, regardless of the report's default print options, mark the Do not print 2 Up, regardless of Profile specification checkbox.
  5. Click OK to close the User Preferences dialog and return to the Asset List window.

Note: You can override the options set in this tab on a report-by-report basis.
