The GoFileRoom Outlook Add-In allows you to do the following:
- Email GoFileRoom documents using Microsoft Outlook.
- Attach GoFileRoom documents to outgoing emails using Outlook.
- Save received email messages and attachments to GoFileRoom using the application.
- Save Outgoing Outlook email messages into GoFileRoom.
Additional system requirements
The use of the Outlook Add-In requires the following:
- Network users be members of the Power Users group.
- Installation of the Upload Documents Service component.
- The most recent version of the Adobe Acrobat Add-In.
Installation instructions
The Microsoft Outlook Add-In is included with the installation of other GoFileRoom Client Add-Ins.
