Searching for documents that contain blank index values [enhanced search]

Identifying documents that have blank index fields and adding index information ensures consistent organization and makes it easier to locate documents. Follow these steps to find documents that contain blank index fields.

  1. Choose Search Documents > Document Explorer from the GoFileRoom toolbar.
  2. Enter Not Specified in the Document Explorer pane and then click the Search Search button button to view a list of drawers that include blank indexes.
  3. Go through the list and enter missing index information as needed.
