You can choose a default drawer for document searches in GoFileRoom. The list of available drawers depends on the drawer access permissions of your user account.
To choose a default drawer for searches, follow these steps.
- Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Preferences from the drop-down list.
- In the Navigation section, choose a drawer from the Start with this drawer drop-down list.
- Click save.
Notes
- If you search a drawer other than the one specified in the Start with this drawer drop-down list, all future searches using classic search features will use that drawer until you log out of GoFileRoom.
- If you do not choose a default drawer, GoFileRoom defaults to the last drawer you accessed prior to logging out.
