You can add PDF documents directly to GoFileRoom.
Follow these steps to add a PDF document to GoFileRoom.
- Open the PDF file you want to add to GoFileRoom.
- In Acrobat, click the Save to GoFileRoom button .
- Log in to GoFileRoom, if prompted, and choose the desired drawer from the Drawer field.
- Add the appropriate index information and click Save.
Notes
- Adding PDF documents to GoFileRoom requires the Adobe Acrobat Add-in.
- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process runs on every PDF file that is uploaded to GoFileRoom. When the OCR process is completed, users can select the text in the file.
- GoFileRoom will convert files added as TIFF type files to PDF.
