Scenario

You may notice that buttons or options are cut off or missing from your screen.

Cause

The text or font size setting on your workstation is not set to 100%.

Solution

1. Use Microsoft Windows display settings to change the text size of all the applications on your workstation. Visit Microsoft's Support website for instructions that apply to your version of Windows.
2. You may also need to change your internet browser's zoom settings.
3. You may need to try different settings because of the interplay between Windows display settings and your browser's zoom settings. For example, you may need to set your browser zoom to 100% if your windows display is 125% or higher, or set your browser zoom to 90% if your Windows display is 100%.
