Follow these steps to add Word or Excel documents to GoFileRoom using the GoFileRoom Office toolbar.
Note: This feature requires the GoFileRoom Office Add-In.
- With a document open in Word or Excel, select the GoFileRoom tab in the Office ribbon.
- Select the Add to GoFileRoom button in the GoFileRoom Office toolbar.
- Log in to GoFileRoom, if prompted, and choose the desired drawer from the Drawer field.
- Add the appropriate index information and select Save.
Note: The document is initially filed in GoFileRoom with a Status of Checked-out. The document is checked in when you select the Save and Close Document option.
