Profiles allow you to predefine how documents should be indexed in GoFileRoom. Follow the procedure below to add a new profile.
- Open the GoFileRoom ControlPanel.
- Click the New Profile button .
- Enter or select drawer index information.
- Click the Save Profile button .
- Enter a name in the Profile Name field.
- To create a desktop shortcut for the profile, select the profile from the drop-down list in the ControlPanel and click the Create Desktop Shortcut button .
