You can view the following access history information for each File Exchange file: the users who have accessed each file, the dates and times on which each file was accessed, the IP address from which each file was accessed, and whether each user uploaded or viewed the file.

1. In the NetStaff CS tab of the navigation pane, click the File Exchange link.

   Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to File Exchange.

2. In the File Exchange screen, navigate to the folder that contains the file for which you will view the access history.
3. Place your cursor over the file name, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the file name, and click History.
