When you enable Employee Self-Service for a NetClient CS user, the user can access Employee Self-Service from within NetClient CS if the Employee Self-Service user account is linked to the appropriate NetClient CS user account.
Note: You can also enable Employee Self-Service for NetStaff CS users.
The Employee Self-Service Users report lists all Employee Self-Service users, the email address for each Employee Self-Service user, and the date on which Employee Self-Service was activated for each user. This report will also help you to determine which Employee Self-Service portal is linked to a NetClient CS or NetStaff CS portal.
- In the Admin tab of the navigation pane, click the Reports button in the Utilities section.
Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this area.
- In the Reports list, select Employee Self-Service Users.
- To find specific information in the report, do any of the following.
- In the Find field, enter any part of a client name; a Employee Self-Service login, name, or email address; or a NetClient CS login or user name.
- Click a column heading to sort the report by the text in that column.
Notes
- To export the report to a spreadsheet application, click the Download a spreadsheet of this report button to create a CSV file of the report.
- To save or print the report, click the Download a PDF of this report button in the upper-right corner.
- To refresh the report, click the Refresh button.
