Open Digita FileCabinet, browse to the drawer, highlight the Digita NetClient folder, and click the Force Retransfer button on the right. Then, choose File > Digita NetClient, select the drawer, and click the Connect button.

To remove Document Presentation clients and files, click the Cleanup link in the Admin tab of the navigation pane. See Deleting Document Presentation drawers and files for more information.

The duration of file transfers depends on the size of the files and the speed of your internet connection. Transfer files early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid high volumes of internet traffic that might affect your internet service provider. If you connect to the internet through a modem, consider upgrading to a DSL, cable modem, or T1 connection.

Only Digita NetClient users and Digita NetStaff users who have permission to view Document Presentation files can view the files you send. For more information, see the following procedures.

• Modifying a Digita NetStaff user’s access to Document Presentation files

Your client may have an outdated version of Adobe Reader installed. To check the version, open Adobe Reader and choose Help > About Adobe Reader. Digita NetClient users and Digita NetStaff users should have Adobe Reader version 7.0 or higher installed.

If they don’t have the current version or if they have difficulty opening PDF files, they can download and install the latest version of the Reader from the Adobe Reader page of the Adobe website.

Use this tab to select folders so that all folder contents for drawers marked as contributors to Digita NetClient will be transmitted to your clients’ portals.
