ActiveSync (Android, BlackBerry, iOS, and Windows Mobile devices) questions

ActiveSync is available only for Digita NetStaff users.

The Enable button for ActiveSync is available only after you enable Microsoft Exchange for the user and after a Thomson Reuters Digita Virtual Office administrator completes the necessary account setup, which takes 3 – 5 business days.
