Designating a client portal as a private portal

Your firm’s primary Digita NetFirm administrator can designate any client portal as private. In the Digita NetClient Users screen for private client portals, only the primary Digita NetFirm administrator can view the information in the Identification section and the View Portal button.

The primary Digita NetFirm administrator is the person who was designated as your firm’s Digita NetFirm administrator on the purchase agreement.

  1. Click the Admin tab in the navigation pane.
  2. Click the Users link in the Digita NetClient section.
  3. In the Settings section of the pane on the right, click the Enable button for Private Portal.

    Note: If you don’t see this button, you are not your firm’s primary Digita NetFirm administrator.

  4. Click Enter.
