At this point you should have saved your payroll data and reviewed the payroll report for accuracy. However, your accountant can't process the payroll until you complete this step in the payroll data-entry process.

Click the Complete Payroll button at the bottom of the screen.

The application then notifies your accountant via email that you have completed payroll data entry and they can begin processing the payroll.

If you need to make changes after you have completed the payroll entry, inform your accountant as soon as possible, before making changes. Your accountant may have already begun to process the payroll data that you wish to correct.
