Viewing the payroll report

The payroll report lists all employees who have pay items that match the current pay period.

Before entering remote payroll data, you might want to print the payroll report to use as a worksheet during payroll data entry.

After entering payroll data, the payroll report lists all of the information you entered for the current pay period.

To print the report, follow these steps.

You must have Adobe Reader version X or higher installed to print the payroll report. If an earlier version of Reader is installed on your computer, you need to uninstall that version and then download and install the latest version of Reader from the Adobe Reader page of the Adobe website.

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Print Reports link in the Payroll section.

    Note: If you don’t see this link, you don’t have access to this feature.

  2. The steps required to print the report vary depending on your internet browser.
    Internet browser Steps
    Google Chrome Hover your mouse in the lower-right corner of the Print Report screen until the toolbar appears, and then click the Print button.
    Mozilla Firefox Click the Print file button at the top of the Print Report screen.
