Use the following procedures to add and/or edit field notes.

Adding text notes to fields

  1. Click the field for which you want to add a note.
  2. Choose Edit > Field Note. The Field Note dialog opens.
  3. Enter up to 1000 characters for your field note and click OK to close and save the note.

A blue rectangle will appear in the row to indicate that a note is present for that row of fields.

Editing and deleting field notes

There are two methods to edit or delete field notes.
