Use the Select Version to Restore dialog to select the version of the previously selected plan that you want to restore.

To open this dialog, choose File > Restore > From FileCabinet CS to open the Restore From FileCabinet CS dialog. Select the appropriate plan and click the Continue button.

Versions available

This field displays the number of versions of the selected plan that can be restored from FileCabinet CS.

Tip: To limit the number of versions of a plan that are backed up in FileCabinet CS, choose Tools > FileCabinet CS Options and select the appropriate number of backups from the Retain a maximum of x backups per plan drop-down list.

Versions available list

This list shows the different versions of the selected plan that were backed up into FileCabinet CS. Mark the checkbox next to the version you want to restore. The plan versions are labeled according to the date and time of the backup and include any comment that was manually added when the plan was closed. The description also includes the user name (if on a network) of the person who used Planner CS to back up the plan.

Note: If you are working on a standalone computer, the description will include the name of the computer rather than the user name.

Restore button

Click this button to restore the selected plan version from FileCabinet CS into Planner CS.
