Use the Report Sets dialog to create report sets, which allow you to print a series of reports, graphs, or letters without individually selecting each item.

To open this dialog, choose Reports > Define Report Sets.

Fields & buttons

This field shows the name of the report set highlighted in the Available Report Sets pane. If you clicked the Add button to add a new report set, enter the name you want for the new report set in this field.

Note: When creating a new report set, you must enter a name in this field before selecting reports, graphs, or letters for the new report set.

Other fields & buttons

This pane lists all reports, graphs, or letters that can be selected for the report set.

To add one or more items to the report set, highlight the report, graph, or letter and click the Select button.

Note: When creating a new report set, you must enter a name for the new report set before selecting reports, graphs, or letters.

This pane lists all reports, graphs, or letters currently included in the selected report set. To remove one or more items, highlight an item and click the Clear button. Use the up and down arrows to change the printing order of the items in the report set. (However, plan comments will always remain last in the collation.)

Mark one of these options to change which items are displayed in the Available Reports/Graphs pane.

  • All - Mark this option to display all available standard reports, custom reports, graphs, and letters.
  • Standard reports only - Mark this option to display only Standard reports.
  • Custom Reports only - Mark this option to display only Custom reports.
  • Graphs only - Mark this option to display only graphs.
  • Letters only - Mark this option to display only client template letters.

Click this button to move the item highlighted in the Selected Reports/Graphs pane down one position in the print order.

Click this button to move the item highlighted in the Selected Reports/Graphs pane up one position in the print order.
