Digita Practice Advanced Mobile is a mobile application that enables you to access Digita Practice Advanced firm, staff, and client data on your Apple iOS or Android devices. With Digita Practice Advanced Mobile, you can review Digita Practice Advanced content such as staff availability, client interactions, project status, key totals, and more.

Configure Digita Practice Advanced using Practice Link

Use Practice Link to set up a data storage area for Digita Practice Advanced and to create a Digita Practice Advanced Mobile password. To obtain Practice Link, visit the My Product Downloads section of our website at Tax.ThomsonReuters.com and follow the instructions provided.

Note: Practice Link is available on your My Products Download page only if you are also licensed for Digita NetFirm.

Enable Digita Practice Advanced Mobile for staff members

After your firm has set up your database and password for Digita Practice Advanced Mobile, your firm administrator must enable Digita Practice Advanced Mobile for each staff member who will use it.

Note: Digita Practice Advanced Mobile charges are incurred as soon as you enable Digita Practice Advanced Mobile for a staff member. For more information on Digita Practice Advanced Mobile charges, please contact Customer Service at 01395 280 200.

  1. In Digita Practice Advanced, choose Setup > Staff.
  2. In the Staff screen, select the staff member and click the Edit button.
  3. Click the Contact Info tab.
  4. In the Portal field, select the staff member’s portal from the drop-down list.
  5. Click the Actions button and choose Enable Digita Practice Advanced Mobile for <name of portal> from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Enter.

Download the Digita Practice Advanced Mobile app

To download the Digita Practice Advanced Mobile app, visit the Digita Practice Advanced Mobile page in the App Store or in Google Play.
