Fields & buttons

General information group box

UltraTax CS uses the information you enter in this group box to complete Form IT 1140 Schedule C or IT 4708 Schedule IV.

Use these fields to enter the amount of compensation paid to qualifying investors owning at least 20 percent for composite shareholders for both Ohio and Total Everywhere. UltraTax CS transfers this information to Form IT 4708 Schedule IV.

The amount entered in the Ohio field reduces the Within Ohio payroll factor and the amount entered in the Everywhere field reduces the Total Everywhere payroll factor on Form IT 4708 Schedule IV. If amounts entered in these fields are greater than the amounts entered on the payroll tab for Ohio and Everywhere, the corresponding factor on Form IT 4708 Schedule IV will be reduced to 0.
