Why isn't the corporation's return assembled in the order of the Attachment Sequence No. shown in the upper-right corner of the form or schedule?
Answer
Per "Assembling the Return," which can be found in each set of 1120 corporation instructions, a corporate return is not assembled according to the Attachment Sequence No. similar to 1040 returns. Instead, the general assembly is to follow alphabetical and numerical order. UltraTax CS follows these collation instructions for 1120 corporation returns.
