The Apportionment Information window includes a special toolbar that you use when you enter apportionment information.

Cut [Edit menu]: Cut the selected text. Use this button to cut data from a cell or to cut and copy data from one cell to another. Shortcut: CTRL+X |

Copy [Edit menu]: Copy the selected text. Use this button to copy data from one cell to another. Shortcut: CTRL+C |

Paste [Edit menu]: Paste the selected text. Use this button to paste data into another cell. Shortcut: CTRL+V |

Column Note [Edit menu]: Open the Field Note / Tick dialog to enter a note for the state or Other column currently highlighted. A musical note to the left of the state or Other column name indicates an attached note. You can attach one column note to each state or Other factor. |

Print Reports [Apportionment menu]: Open the Print Reports dialog to print apportionment reports. This button appears only in the Apportionment Information window toolbar. Shortcut: CTRL+P |

State Everywhere Force [Edit menu]: Open the State Everywhere Force dialog to force a particular state's everywhere amount on the state form. This button appears only in the Apportionment Information window toolbar. |

Help [Help menu]: Open the Help & How-To Center to access information about 990 apportionment. This button appears only in the Apportionment Information window toolbar. |
Tips
- The Did you know
button in the toolbar provides access to a list of detailed procedures and reference information about 990 apportionment. - To open the Apportionment Information window, choose View > Apportionment or press CTRL+B with a 990 state client open.
