To add Yes and No checkboxes to questions on a paper or email organizer questionnaire, complete the following steps.
- Open or create the questionnaire by choosing Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer tab and clicking the Questionnaire button in the Documents group box.
- After adding the new question to the organizer questionnaire, press the TAB key so that the cursor lines up with the Yes column.
- Choose Insert > Checkbox.
- Press the TAB key again so that the cursor lines up with the No column and choose Insert > Checkbox once more.
- Choose Document > Save to save your changes, then close the Document Editing window.
