Use the city tabs at the bottom of the Missouri Cities dialog to enter city apportionment information. City tabs appear only if you have added cities to the client and if additional apportionment information is required.

To enter city apportionment information, click the Missouri tab at the bottom of the Apportionment Information window. Then, click the Cities button to open the Missouri Cities dialog.
