Use the Philadelphia dialog to enter city apportionment information. City tabs appear only if you have added cities to the client and if additional apportionment information is required.
To enter city apportionment information, click the Pennsylvania tab at the bottom of the Apportionment Information window. Then, click the Philadelphia button to open the Philadelphia dialog.
Philadelphia requires no additional information for apportionment. Note that a state tab appears in the Apportionment Information window only if additional information is required.
