To generate Form CT-300 for Mandatory First Installment (MFI) of Estimated Tax for Corporations, go to Screen NYCEst and use the Mandatory First Installment of Estimated Tax section to mark the Calculate 100% of current year tax checkbox or enter an amount in 2017 franchise tax. Leave Do not calculate mandatory first installment unmarked.
Note: The 2017 franchise tax must exceed $1,000 for the form to generate.
