Since Pennsylvania follows the federal farming rules, this checkbox should only be marked yes when at least two-thirds of gross income is from farming. For this checkbox to be marked yes, go to the Penalty tab in the federal Payments folder and enter 1 for farming in the 2/3 gross income is from field.
