Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.
The estimates and overpayment from a prior-year Local EIT return should be entered on federal Screen StPmt in the Payments folder so the amounts transfer to Schedule A. The city code used for estimates and overpayment applied from prior-year return is the city code associated with the taxing authority PSD code on Screen PAEIT.
