New (tax) year, new help!

Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

To print a list of Political Subdivision (PSD) codes and their related municipality and school district names that are setup under Setup > 1040 Individual > Pennsylvania tab > Local cities button, follow the steps below:

1. In the Local Cities dialog, click the Print button found in the lower left hand corner of the window.
2. In the upper right hand corner of the Print City Information dialog, click the PSD Code in the Sort By box.
3. Click the following Items to Print: Code, PSD Code, Municipality Name, and School District Name.
4. Click the OK button.

By changing the Sort by item from PSD Code to School District a report can be printed indicating what PSD Code, and Municipality are associated to each City code.
