If the amount of the Hawaii property distributions is not in proportion to the shareholders' ownership percentages, enter the amount of Hawaii property distributions (other than dividend distributions) in this field. If you leave this field blank, UltraTax CS defaults to the Hawaii amount of total property distributions multiplied by the shareholder percentage. The value of this field transfers to Schedule K-1, column (b) for Hawaii. UltraTax CS calculates the amount attributable elsewhere for column (c). If you enter information in this field, you must enter the property distributions for all shareholders in this tab.

UltraTax CS provides this statement dialog for supplemental information specific to each shareholder and corresponds to Hawaii's Schedule K-1. Use this statement dialog only for items that are not pro-rata. If you have pro-rata items that need to be reported to each shareholder, use Screen HIKSep. UltraTax CS prints the information you enter in this statement dialog directly on Hawaii's Schedule K-1 if there is sufficient space remaining. Otherwise, the information prints on a supporting statement.
