UltraTax CS
Use the Beneficiary Information window to enter beneficiary data. The beneficiaries you add appear in the Beneficiary Name list to the left of this window.
To open the Beneficiary Information window, click the Beneficiary Information 
button.

Note: The Excel Export/Import utility allows you to quickly and efficiently import and export beneficiary information to and from UltraTax/1041 and a Microsoft Excel workbook.
