Use these procedures to delete amounts from the State allocation spreadsheet.
- Highlight the cell containing the information you want to delete.
Note: If you highlight two or more cells, data will only be deleted for the cell in which the cursor is positioned.
- Press DELETE or BACKSPACE on your keyboard to remove the selected data.
- Do one of the following:
- If allocation amounts were not saved in the State allocation spreadsheet, click Cancel. The amounts will be deleted and the State allocation spreadsheet will close. Skip the following steps in this procedure.
- If allocation amounts were saved in the State allocation spreadsheet, click the Clear Allocation button. Proceed to step 2.
- Click OK when you are prompted to confirm the deletion.
