Question

Why is my Business Organizer greeting incorrectly formatted in the email to the client?

Answer

To ensure compatibility with all supported email applications, UltraTax CS sends email greetings in plain text format, which does not support text formatting. (Adding formatting such as bold or italicized text to the email greeting can cause problems with the legibility of the greeting. If you have changed the formatting, returning the text to the default Times New Roman, 11 point font will help resolve any formatting issues.)

The appearance of the email greeting is determined by your client's email application and the size of the window that displays the email message. This is a function of the client's email application and not a limitation of UltraTax CS Business Organizer.
