When viewing the client documents for a return or organizer, the firm name does not appear in the document header or signature line.

Verify a preparer is assigned to the client under File > Client Properties. In the Client Properties dialog, if the Preparer block: fieldview has (Personal Preparer Block) selected, the firm name will not print on the client documents in the header information or the signature line of the Transmittal Letter. This behavior will not occur for clients to whom a paid preparer is assigned.
