Printing blank forms and input screens (no client data)

New (tax) year, new help!

Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

  1. From the Utilities menu, choose Blank Forms/Input Screens.
  2. Specify the appropriate printer or document storage application (such as FileCabinet CS), if licensed.
  3. Select the desired application from the Product field.
  4. Click the Forms or Input screens option.
  5. By default, UltraTax CS prints all of the forms or input screens for the selected application. To print only certain forms or input screens, click the Options button, select the desired items, and click OK.
  6. In the Copies field, specify the number of copies to print.
  7. Click the Print button.
