UltraTax CS offers many printing options that enable you to print items, such as returns, invoices, and client documents, with professional results. Note that you are not required to set any of these options.

By default, print options are office-wide, meaning the same options apply to each individual user in your office. However, you can enable individual users to choose their own print options. If you want to ensure that everyone in your branch or firm uses the same print options, you can set various security options. For more information see Setting print options.

UltraTax CS automatically prints to your default Windows printer. However, you can use the Select Printer dialog to change the printer or you can select the UltraTax CS Spool to spool the print job to print later.
