You can assign the client document language to a group of clients using the Reassign Clients dialog.

1. Choose Utilities > Reassign Clients to open the Reassign Clients dialog.
2. In the Clients available pane on the left, click the client(s) you want to assign a client document language to.

   Note: To select multiple clients, hold SHIFT or CTRL and click the desired client IDs in the list.

3. Click the Select button to move the highlighted client(s) to the Clients selected pane on the right.
4. Select Client document language from the Category field.
5. Choose either English or Spanish from the Language field.
6. Click the Reassign button to assign the specified client document language to the selected clients.
