Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

Use this dialog to select the type of data to exclude from the import based on the import source selection made on the Integration tab of the Clients screen.

In the Integration tab of the Setup > Clients screen, click the Ellipsis button button next to the Import source field.


  • This dialog is only available when you select QuickBooks or QuickBooks Account Balances from the drop-down list in the Import Source field.
  • You can choose to exclude inactive employee and vendor records and inactive bank accounts from the import. All other inactive QuickBooks items will be included in the report.

Fields & buttons

Mark the checkboxes next to the items that you do not want to include in the import.

For a payroll import, mark the Only employees and payroll checks checkbox to include only those items in the import.
