Scanning documents into GoFileRoom from Acrobat

You can use the GoFileRoom Adobe Acrobat Add-in and your scanner to scan documents into Acrobat and then add them to GoFileRoom.

  1. Open Adobe Acrobat and click the Scan with Adobe Acrobat button.

    Note: If you are using Adobe Acrobat DC or higher, the GoFileRoom toolbar buttons are located in the Tools pane.

  2. If prompted, log in to GoFileRoom.
  3. In the dialog that opens, select a scanner driver and click the Select button to open the scanner application. If necessary, change options and settings.
  4. Click Scan. When scanning is complete, the scanned documents are displayed in Acrobat.
  5. Perform quality control procedures, such as verifying the page count and rotating pages, as needed.
  6. Click the Add to GoFileRoom  button.
  7. Select the appropriate drawer and index values, and then click Save.
